We’re writing to let you know: starting tomorrow, everything changes.

This kitchen is no longer owned by one person.
It now belongs to the community — to all of us.
We have officially transformed into a nonprofit vegan kitchen:
Care You Foundation · Community Platform.

In the past, I struggled alone — slow service, long wait times, and disappointment.
But starting tomorrow, we have volunteer monastics and kind-hearted helpers joining in.
We will rebuild our team and serve you with care and sincerity.
